Regulated and supervised
In the investment sector, ATVANTIS Asset Management GmbH operates as a licensed securities firm supervised by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). This ensures that our financial services are subject to ongoing state oversight. The license covers investment advice and investment brokerage.
Your money always remains with your bank or broker. The company does not hold client funds and has no authority to access or transfer them. It is also a member of the Compensation Scheme of German Securities Trading Companies (EdW), a statutory protection scheme.
Financing and real estate are not part of the securities firm; they are offered on the basis of the respective trade licence. As a whole, the company acts as a financial services provider and, within its investment business, as a regulated securities firm.
